Born as a pagan among christian people,
I asked:
"who do I owe my existence to?"
And they answered:
"God!"
And so I searched for this God,
but all I found was a human invention.
So I went on asking :
"who do I owe my existence to?"
and I was told of many gods, spirits and such,
but they also were nothing but a human invention.
And I laid down on the grass.
And I looked up to the Stars.
And I asked them:
"Who do I owe my existence to?"
They did not answer,
They just sparkled,
their light shown down on my world.
I heard the wind.
I smelled the moisture.
I felt the ground below.
here was the answer to my question:
good - neutral - evil
cold - tempered - hot
friendly - strange - cruel
light - colorful - dark
sea - land - sky
liFe giver - life keeper - life taker
used by her own children,
abused by her own children
in the name of their gods.
The one who was there before the gods were
The one who is there as long as the gods
are
the one who will be there long after the
gods
Mother of us all
Sister of the sun
